Responsibilities:
-Process customer sample/purchase orders;
-Interface with Supply Chain Schedulers and B30Planners for shipment dates, and replay those dates to customers.
-Prepare Purchase Order Outstanding report
-Prepare required proform invoices , shipping instruction and payment;
-Assist finance dept with resolving issues related to late payment / non-payment of invoice.
-Provide support for the sales team.
Requirements:
-College degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
-Must have a good command of the English -Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft applications.
-Minimum 1 year working experience in sales administration and/or inside sales experience.
-Good customer service skills are a must, as is the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
-Must have excellent communication skills and ability to develop effective relationships with cross-functional depts and a
