Essential Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for identifying and conducting investment due diligence on photovoltaic (PV) power plant development projects around the world;
2. Supervise the development and construction of the PV projects;
3. Negotiate for bank financings as well as potential sale of the projects upon completion;
4. Seek for other opportunities to expand Renesola's market awareness and reputation during the process, as well as developing new sales leads for the Marketing and Sales Department;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
1. A full-time undergraduate degree or above, the gender and specialty is not limited;
2. Strong background either in the banking sector, or buy-side investment fund sector;
3. Possess experience in conducting project / investment due diligence, developing financial models, and negotiating investment / acquisition / financing contracts;
