Job description
Job Description:
1. Identify applicable legal/IBM requirement and implement it in ISC SZ to ensure all OHS activities meet IBM standards and legal requirement.
2. Lead hazard identification and risk assessment in workplaces,raise control plan and follow up the implementation
3. Follow up and conduct regular review for annual OHS objective and target
4. Conduct safety training for employees and contractors in workplaces
5. Monitor contractor performance and conduct regular evaluation
6. Report work-related accident and incident and take lead role in coordinating root cause and preventive actions.
7. Lead and conduct monthly OHS spot inspection
8. Response to employee's complaint of OHS and provide improvement recommendations
9. Liaise with local government for safety issues

1. Required a recognized university degree in Safety,Engineering,Safety risk management or relate
