Position: Teacher Recruitment Officer

Main Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or above
At least 7 years working experience, 2-3 years sales-related working experience is preferable.
Fluent in spoken and writing English
Resulted-oriented
Team-work spirit, self-motivated, good sense of sale and service, excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop new channels for foreigner teacher recruitment, mainly on internet and some other channel to get more leads and successful replacement of foreign teachers to the franchise schools.
Create new channels for recruiting foreign teacher with the help of the line manager.
Set up stable recruitment channel and follow all the channel to make sure to reach the recruitment target.
Coordinate with global TRT offices to receive and place teacher/Dos candidates in China English First schools.
