Job description:
1. Develop and conduct both practical and theoretical research in areas of strategy, innovation and entrepreneurship;
2. Publish case based as well as empirical based research in top academic journals and business periodicals.
Qualifications:
1. Familiar with research literature in Innovation and/or entrepreneurship area;
2. Strong research background in management related subjects;
3. MBA degree is a must. Ph.D is preferred;
4. Strong business research writing skill in both Chinese and English is essential;
5. The ability to work independently in developing streams of research in areas of innovation and entrepreneurship;
6. Proficient in various research methodology (such as SPSS, LISREL).
