Job Description:
Through our company's official website, you will support the incoming customers online via our live chat or msn.
Provide excellent customer service including: answer pre-sale and after-sale questions; arrange for order delivery; accept customer's feedback; solve the customer's problems.
Requirements:
1 Bachelor degree or above;
2 CET4 certificate or above, excellent online English communication skills and knowledge with the excel Application;
3 Ability to learn quickly and ability to work under pressure;
4 Typing speed: 100words/minute or higher;
5 Previous customer service is desired but not required.
6 Ability to work on 3 shifts （8am-4pm, 4pm-24am, 24am-8am），with Accommodation;
