Requirements:-Bacholar Degree in electrical/electronics engineering;
-Minimum 8 years (including 3 years leadership)relevant experience in foreign invested company;
-Excellent English and computer skills;
-Strong leadership.
Responsibilities:-To lead the test team in manufacturing area
-Develop test program, fixture for the new products
-Develop self-checking test benches and functional tests, debugs and revolves issues in hardware, writes and executes unit and integration test plans, include functional test, final test, burn-in test for PCB, module and system
-Provide technical support and trouble-shooting to production as well as to improve the productivityIn-depth knowledge of electronic manufacuring service theory, electronic and magnetic device
- Design for Test (DFT) on new product to ensure maximum coverage is achieved
- Test system/test equipment installation, preventive maintenance, repair and calibration
- Functional Test system/test software setup and supp
