Qualification required
-Bilingual (English and Mandarin in both Written and Spoken) and
bi-cultural a mandatory requirement.
-Minimum of 4-6 years' of experience as finance manager, controller or CFO.
-Internationally recognized education qualifications in finance or accounting.
-Familiarity with international and ideally Hong Kong GAAP as well as
China GAAP.
-Extensive experience in financial analysis and reporting, telcom
background preferred
-Strong management presence and demonstrated leadership skills.
-Experience and full understanding in corporate structure and business model.
-Experience in working with Chinese/Hong Kong tax authority and auditors.
-High-level communication and negotiation skills, with excellent
organizational skills.
-Experience in working with telcom carrier.
-Experience in credit rating and credit line approval process
